My name Is Sarah Margaret. I grew up in Alpharetta & am still living here, now raising my family. I have 2 boys, Logan & Noah. I stay home with them full time. I love taking photos of them as they grow TOO FAST…It’s the only thing I can do to remember how little they were..We love our family (both sides) They all live here in Alpharetta, too. They are so loving and supportive to us…I am what you would call a “Neat Freak” My house has to always be picked up, especailly my kitchen. A dirty kitchen can just totally ruin my day. Since Noah was born, I obviously don’t have much time to clean up..I usually do a little bit when the boys nap and then the rest when they are in bed for the night…I am very OCD and particular about my home, I guess this can be good and bad.I love to explore thrift stores (there are really good ones in this area). I have a serious sweet tooth so, I bake A LOT…I love to bake cakes, cookies, brownies, muffins & biscuits..David and Logan love the fact that we always have treats in the kitchen. I love to decorate..I hope to be an Interior Designer one day, (if it is ever a high-demand job) It is something that I have always really enjoyed. My father was a very artisitic and talented man. He built beautiful furniture for people..I guess that is where I picked up the eye for Interior Design. I re-arrange my house at least once a month. I LOVE & NEED Change to say sane. It can be very theraputic for me…HGTV is probably my favorite TV channel (next to Lifetime), I love using simple things to change a room…paint, curtains, pillows..I love learning new tricks from all of the amazing Designers they have on HGTV. I rather be outside than inside (except in July and January) The rain is my favorite thing in the whole world. There is nothing like a thunderstorm in the middle of the afternoon for me…When I watch the weather channel, I am usually praying for rain. The ocean comes as my number 2. I love cold, dark weather for some reason…Depressing, I know. We hope to live in Seattle, Washington before Logan starts Kindergarden… I am a very spiritual person. I love God and the relationship I have with him. He has blessed me with so much and I just want to honor and praise him everyday. I have faith in the life he has given me and hope to fullfill my responsibilty as a mother and wife.
We attend North Point Community Church and we just love love love Andy Stanley ( Senior Pastor) There newest pastor, Joel Thomas, is really good too. They have just amazing messages that you can always relate to in some way…Logan enjoys going to the program, Waumba Land. They have a ton of classrooms for babies & toddlers. They sing and do fun crafts with the kids.
Things I ♥ :
The rain, the ocean, photography, riding bikes, design, music, God and the Bible, Cars, bargain shopping,the color green, bubble baths, laying in the sun, long car rides, going for walks and jogging, Yoga, planning parties & events, the season Fall, Spending time with family, going out to eat, a clean & organized house, and of course, anything to do with my 3 boys, David, Logan, and Noah
Things I don’t ♥ :
Snakes, Georgia summers, unloading the dishwasher, tuna fish, 4:00( its that awkward time of the day where there is nothing to do, waiting for dinnertime & bedtime.) Atlanta/Alpharetta Traffic, A dirty Kitchen, and Rude people..
I love being a mom, even though it is challenging at times and it can try my patience more than I would like to admit. It is so rewarding to watch your own kids grow into their own little people. Both of my children are a gift from god and we are so blessed to have healthy, happy, babies.
